  Little girl was on her phone outside telling me as a customer to hold in the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes, mobile orders went around me and still no service, so I had to back out of the drive thru and I left. I was being patient, but use your phone on your own time. I only wanted to treat myself to a coffee, which I rarely do because of the prices and that just soured it

  They literally never have anything on the menu in store. They're ALWAYS out of things, when theyre just lazy as heck to make it. Absolutely ridiculous. They're always so rude too when telling you they're out. You cant be out of wraps for a month straight.

  ive been going here as long as ive lived here and its been disappointing many times before but ive kind of just dealt with it. now its just ridiculous?? teenagers are standing outside in uniform 30 mins before close and no one is at drive through like what? too busy hitting the yart to put the headset on like what are yall even paying these people for??? what a joke

  Stopping in every morning before work is one thing I look forward to daily! The crew here are amazing and I love the manager. She's always got a smile on her face! LOVE IT!

  I grabbed an iced coffee this morning from this location and it was simple and straight off their menu, no modifications. I order this drink at my local store back home all the time. This tasted watered down as if you had ordered an iced coffee and let it sit for half an hour. Not great or worth the price. This is the only time I can say I wish I had chosen starbucks over dunkin. 😅
