  Wow, after reading all these poor reviews, I am embarrassed for this DD. Tried the drive through for a couple of Iced Teas, but after 4 minutes of no acknowledgement and then having to ask if anyone was there, gentleman rudely said they were busy and would be with us in a few more minutes. Sure would have been nice to just acknowlede us when we arrived. Not sure why they were do busy as no one was inside and there was one car in front of us. After 2 more minutes we drove away. Not sure why this store can't figure it out. This was a slow Sunday afternoon at 2pm so I can only imagine what an early morning is like. Hope they can find better help and better training.

  Drive thru needs some attention sat at the window while my coffee were sitting there just needed to be handed to me while workers were mulling around

  Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how they can let sweet tea sit out so long that it rots. I’ve never had rotten sweet tea that tastes like a flat soda. Asked for a refund and the employee said she can’t do it because there is no manager. Got an iced coffee instead and well, surprise. Disgusting. This place needs to be shut down and investigated by the health department.

  I moved here 1 month ago and this Dunkin is closest to me sadly. I go about 4x a week usually and they only for my order correct twice. The service is poor but I feel they are just super busy and overwhelmed. To manager either needs more staff or to train more. Also they are always out of blueberry donuts lol I’ll update review if changes are made ❤️

  Been there 3 times and experienced the same lady each time. Shes incredibly rude every single time! Rushed us off the intercom and (of course) made the order wrong. I dont think she even comprehends what customer service is. She was talking on her personal phone and even one time was outside taking pictures in the drive thru and wouldn't move for us to leave - then had the audacity to look at us like we are rude when shes blocking the entire exit... Needless to say, won't be back until shes gone. Would have been a loyal customer since just moving near this location. Didnt get her name but shes missing teeth and older. Works at 4:30am.
