- TTtom_m14Aug 14, 20251.0I’m not blaming the hardworking staff here — they’re clearly doing their best — but the management/ownership needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run. During the morning rush, they routinely have only two employees on shift. Those two are somehow expected to handle drive-thru orders, in-store customers, mobile orders, and delivery orders all at the same time. This is not only unrealistic, it’s unfair to the employees and frustrating for customers. Orders take far longer than they should, the line moves at a crawl, and the staff ends up stressed and apologizing for problems that are completely out of their control. Dunkin’ corporate should be embarrassed that a store is being run this way — morning rush is one of the busiest times of day, and it’s being treated like an afterthought. This isn’t a staffing shortage issue; this is a management and scheduling. Do better for your employees and customers.

I was ecstatic to fine a dunking within 2 hours of my home, I will definitely be back... oh yeah the doughnuts were as delicious as i remember.
