  The first few times I came to this location was amazing. The elder lady is so nice and pleasant but the last few trips have been horrible. They ignore you when you pull up to the front. There’s a girl that works there that’s mad slow. Either she doesn’t wanna be there or She’s tired or she don’t care or all of the above - the food & coffee be on point so I’m not gonna hold you guys but please do a little bit better as far as your customer service etiquette greeting people and being a little bit more quick if I place a mobile order, I shouldn’t have to come inside and wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes to get it when it’s just one item.

  Came through the drive through window, I ask the young lady can she add more creamer to my large ice coffee, she slam the window in my face and my change fill on the ground outside, rude as hell, if your don't like servicing customer find another job.

  Loved my latte But sadly they are Changing 1dollar for a tap water :-(
