Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, only to be argued with at the window about my two mobile orders. Even after I gave the order numbers and name, the man at the window refused to believe me and demanded a receipt even you don't get a receipt with mobile orders. Two other employees confirmed exactly what I was saying, yet he still kept arguing for almost 10 minutes. As soon as I asked for someone else, my issue was resolved instantly, which just shows how unnecessarily difficult he made the situation.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I can only assume it was the owner because no employee would have kept their job after acting that way. Never putting money in his pocket again.

Employees are personable, very sweet but whoever is making the coffee is extremely inconsistent. I’ve ordered the same thing multiple more than 5 times and each time the coffee comes out tasting different . If it’s a signature coffee it’s suppose to be the same . It’ never hot always Luke warm .

I was asked to leave after 20 minutes. I travel the country for work and find a dunkin' donuts every single morning 7 days a week to start my day. Ive visited hundreds of locations and I've never been asked to leave. I spend at least $15 at a dunkin every morning and at 365 days a year that's $5,475 per year. I won't be returning to this location.

I was excited to try this new donut shop with my kids after seeing it being built for a while. We stopped by one morning on our way to school and work, and while the line was long, the service was surprisingly fast, which was a plus. However, the space is really cramped, making it hard to get in and out of the drive-thru smoothly.
Unfortunately, the donuts were a letdown. They were HUGE, but also hard and dry—definitely not the fresh, soft donuts we were expecting. My kids and I were pretty disappointed, and we probably won't be back unless we hear they've improved.
