  Went there this morning through the drive-through with about 25 minutes to spare in my work commute. After giving my order of one bagel pretty quick I waited at the window for about 15 to 16 minutes after paying and then eventually after staring at me awkwardly for a few minutes the an employee comes to the window and asks me “what are you even waiting on?” At that point I said that’s OK, I’ll just leave. and I left without any food and paying for food. Will not be returning.

  Wait time is incredibly too long, I ordered ahead and I was the only one in line and still waited 15 minutes for one drink.

  Great customer service and coffee tasted fresh. I will definitely go to this one versus Hendersonville Road. 🙂

  These people were really nice. I went in for breakfast and I was super tired. My cappuccino was super great. And I'm in super great! I had avocado toast which was absolutely welcomed and delicious plus, The Bagel bite stuffed with cream cheese. I got plain and wish I'd gotten everything. This was my choice because of the seeds I didn't want them stuck in my teeth. I personally thought they were a bit boring. I just got some of the generous avocado off my toast and that made them lovely. I will definitely go there again when I'm in the area.
