  The website says open at 5am, but they are always late to open. It’s not professional and very rude to the people to waste their time like this.

  Order thru the Uber App from this store received something I did order and the worst thing they're stale. I advice you I u not to buy at this store.

  Customer service is bad and getting worse, but I think we as consumers, Might have Few selections for quick breakfast. This store will swipe your card and keep your money, even if you end up not getting your food. that is theft and greed. not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. Horrible I will never go back

  This particular location was really good. The donuts were fresh, place was clean, and staff was really friendly. Best one I've been in.

  I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app and arrived at this location at 8:30 PM for pickup—only to find the store completely closed. The hours listed on the app clearly said they were open until 9 PM. I’ve now messaged Dunkin’ corporate three separate times requesting a refund and have yet to hear back, and it’s been almost a month. I even went back in person to speak with someone and was told to leave my number so the manager could follow up. No one ever called. The two men I spoke with were dismissive and informed me the store closes at 8 PM (despite what’s listed online) and claimed they couldn’t refund me for the order I never received. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location’s customer service, which is consistently poor. Just a heads-up—I'm fairly certain they also operate the location at 30 Moreland Ave, so keep that in mind. It’s incredibly frustrating to not only be charged for something I never got, but then to be ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I expect better from a national chain like Dunkin’.
