  Ongoing Quality Issue with Iced Lattes, There's something off with this location that's been going on for quite a while. The iced lattes are consistently made wrong. For a $7 drink, the quality should be reliable. I often drive to other locations farther from my house because they make the drinks correctly. I've paid $7 too many times here for a subpar, oddly flavored latte. Today, I finally asked for a remake-and the difference was night and day. The corrected version tasted incredible, exactly how it should. The bad version, by comparison, tastes like watered-down chocolate milk with barely any coffee flavor. Please address whatever's happening at this store. It's been a recurring issue for a long time and really needs attention.

  Now I'm writing a review for this branch! As I again had a bad experience at the Dunkin at Indian River road. Dunkin Donuts Providence Rd. has always been mostly accurate with my orders and fast, too. I always go here after shopping at Kroger. But yesterday because I went to LIDL (I had faith, because of the always great experience I had at Dunkin's Providence Rd.), I just went to the Indian River branch instead (even though it's always a miss every time I went there). I quickly realized my mistake, and made me appreciate the great service I've always had at Dunkin Donuts Providence Rd. even more. Thanks again!
