  I would not recommend this place, they made my sister wait for 30 min for her drink. And when she asked for her drink again, they told her they did not have it. So unprofessional and incompetent staff

  Worst customer service ever I see in my life. I request her a coffee you tell me how you don't know how to make coffee. She say we don't have hot coffee because we don't know how to make coffee.

  This is the wonkiest Dunkin in Columbus. First of all, you literally don't even know how to get into the dunkin itself because there are do not enter signs on both entrances. I placed a mobile order today and received it with no problem but I asked for water and a pup cup for my dog in the car and was charged $1 for the pup cup which is understandable. Someone brought my water after and told me it was 50¢ for water but there was another person in the back saying it wasn't. 50¢ for water is kind of crazy. I was very excited for this Dunkin to open close to our house but I guess I will be driving out of my way to get Dunkin AGAIN.

  The customer service there is bad I went there multiple times and they are rude and they don’t listen to nobody just rude but before it was good. Today 3 of the works are all girls very rude they need new staff

  It used to be awesome, but lately, the customer service and food have sucked. If you go in, you'll be standing around for like, 15 minutes before anyone even notices you. Plus, they keep messing up my order, which is a sausage, egg, and cheese sourdough sandwich, and they keep forgetting the sausage. Also, the drinks are way too sugary, and they've put lemonade instead of water in my drinks a few times. They all look like they hate themselves in the face or they treat the place and people like its their 4th job of the day and could care less.
