  I love almost any frozen coffee and they have great coffee and food. We also got a cup of ice cream for Lucy. I like Dunkin!

  Food is HIGHLY subpar. Dryer than the Sahara Desert. ALWAYS lukewarm but takes forever to be handed over. They want to charge a whole dollar for the only sauce they have (chipotle aioli) and then has the nerve to only put a literal drop. Every worker I’ve come in contact with has a sour attitude as if I’m inconveniencing them. I ordered an egg and cheese on sourdough and they literally had one tiny little egg on these massive pieces of bread and I’m still not even sure if there was cheese. And they had the nerve to have me wait 5 minutes for the massive disappointment. I wish I could say this was a one off but no, this is a constant. My fault for continuing to have hope. Lastly, not everyone eats disgusting pig, charging extra and not even letting someone sub for chicken sausage should be criminal. That loses business.

  Man, I just don't get the low/negative reviews of this Central Ave Dunkin. We both go to work super early during the week, so we only get to Dunkin on the weekends. They're always crazy busy so I use the mobile app to order while I'm at home. We usually have a pretty large order, so that gives them time to put the order together. It's always been ready when I walk in the door. 3 or 4 crew members welcome me when I walk in. A manager always says hello and asks if everything is correct. We've not had any issues with the coffees or sandwiches. They're always as we order them. Kudos to the franchise owner for having a great crew and managers.

  I had an outstanding experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts! The service was quick, friendly, and beyond my expectations. The team works with such efficiency, and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Shoutout to the manager—absolutely extraordinary! They went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone.
