  I put in a mobile order for two dozen donuts, specifically the vanilla frosted with sprinkles, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. When I went to pick it up, I was informed they were not able to fulfill my order because they only had certain donuts available. I explained that this order was for my daughter's school and who I assume was the manager substituted 125 munchkins instead of the donuts. I was very happy with this substitution and I'm so grateful she gave me some grace on the short notice order! Much appreciated Dunkin!

  The shop is clean and the ice cream is always delicious. The staff is always welcoming,patient and happy to help. Its clear they care about their customers.

  I’m confused when I go here. At 10am they are out of half of the donuts they typically offer. What happens for the rest of the day? And then the parking lot might be the worst parking lot I have ever seen. It would be easier to walk to this location. You could get trapped for 20 minutes in here.

  I typically go to dunkin almost every morning and decided to try their pumpkin spiced latte. I asked for a medien with no ice. This is what they handed to me. The drink itself was around $5-$6. It was barley half way full. I get not adding as much coffee since there was no ice, but this is just ridiculous. Other than the coffee issue, the staff are usually pretty friendly (especially this older woman in the drive through).
