  Not sure what's going on here. The past few times that I came my order is incorrect. I have a simple order snacking bacon and an iced caramel coffee with creamer no sugar. My bacon is burnt coffee is bitter missing the caramel. And the young lady in the drive thru seams miserable. This used to be my favorite spot but lately service and food are lacking.Hope this changes.

  I’m always a regular but they’re so unprofessional went this morning they didn’t know what I ordered didn’t give me any napkins nor a fork for my loaded hash browns I had to ask them for all that there customer service is not good at all

  Whoever is the manager on site at 12:30pm Sunday 10/05; do better, yall forgot a food item in my drive-thru order, I was nice about it, waited 10 minutes before I asked for a refund. You missed an opportunity to rectify a situation, could’ve offered me a crumb of a muffin and I would’ve been fine. Do better next time, not coming back to this location, they don’t care about client satisfaction.

  Should not hire teenagers who cannot conduct themselves appropriately, cash register assisted appropriately, and then someone who should’ve minded their business inappropriately says “oh god what”. No matter the issue you should always be professional I’ve worked in food before but I can appropriately fix a situation. Also when I order liquid cane sugar I don’t expect the regular cane sugar . First time being here and will be the last , ladies on 91st and Thomas are sooo nice and respectful now u know why I don’t try new places

  I did a Grubhub order at 6:51pm to this location. At 7:24pm, after the driver showed up to get the order, my order was canceled by the restaurant claiming to be closed even though their hours show until 8pm. The location should update their hours with Grubhub if they stop taking online orders at a certain time. Instead they waited over 30 minutes and for the driver to waste their time going to pick up this order to cancel the order. I feel bad for the driver who went out of their way to pick up an order just for it to be canceled when they arrived. Poor customer service.
