  Having to drive to the other side of town because their card machine is down this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Didn’t this store just open?

  This location is regularly out of food otherwise I might give it more than one star for the food. They have a couple breakfast deals but you can't ever get them because they are out of the food to make them. This has happened 5 times in a little over a month. The only reason I go to this location is because we got the coupon book for free donuts for a year. I never can get the kind I want because they are always out. If you like Dunkin but actually want to eat go to a different one. This one seems to be managed horribly.

  The staff on duty tonight were quick to prepare my highly customized iced coffee. The gentlemen were courteous and provided excellent recommendations for flavoring.

  If I could give no star I would. This place is absolutely beyond ridiculous. Very rude the lady inside has a horrible attitude like how dare I come in and order. Lady let me sit at the drive thru for 5 minutes and said nothing at all I go in and she's on her phone leaning against the counter. I said hey I was wondering if your speaker outside is broken she said " no obviously it's not" "I had a customer in here I was busy in a horrible tone" This girl needs fired. Horrible for business.
