- TGTaylor GwenJul 7, 20221.0Their system is frequently down, turns away customers with card, can’t do online orders. Staff isn’t that friendly nor nice. The drinks are VERY inconsistent. You wait ridiculous long time amounts. I get it’s busy, but more than 2 people need to be working. One morning, they were so behind on orders someone had to speak up and say there was 7 of us that had been waiting for 30 mins on orders that came in over an hour ago while people coming in the door was getting their drinks faster. And it’s weird you get one very small tiny piece of bacon on the sandwiches. The one on S college is SO much better. It’s never as bad.
