I want to preface I normally don't leave bad reviews and usually do not review places if at all, but felt a need to after visiting this Dunkin and seeing other reviews. I ordered two cereal milk lattes at this location, but one tasted like plain coffee with no cereal milk or sweetness/little to no sugar. I went back and politely informed them of the issue and asked for a replacement, but the manager responded with a dismissive attitude and insisted there was cereal milk inside, and that perhaps I just didn’t "shake it enough" (I did for both rigorously prior in my car) even though the color and taste were clearly different between the two lattes. She did remake the drink, but the staff made “tsk” noises and acted annoyed that I said anything. I was calm the whole time, but the attitude from both the manager and employees was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.

I go to this Dunkin pretty frequently and I can honestly say they rank 3rd on my favorite Dunkin’s. The people are very nice, the manager she locks in on the regulars very fast, I’ve only had a couple of minor mishaps with my sandwich which they corrected quickly and weren’t rude about it!! VERY APOLOGETIC. I feel like all the Dunkin’s have moments during the day where it gets very busy so I would just be mindful of the busy times if you are in a rush. But other then that I definitely have made this Dunkin my every morning go to routine before work💕

I had asked if they could make my drink over because it had stuff floating in it. The manager though because I was in drive thru I didn’t see her pour drink in about her cup and hand it right back to me. They are very unclean at this location

I wish I could give this place more stars. But it’s bad. The drive thru window has taken 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. The window does not know what order I have and has told me what they are doing to prepare my order which is nice but this is not a sit down restaurant! Also shouldn’t it be close to done by the time I get to the window, and kit started? I also got a cold brew not a heavily modified latte. It could go much faster. Also the fact they do not accept Amex is unfortunate. Super nice staff at window but should not take this long. Also my food came out half cold.

The last few times Iv come by this location the hashbrowns were very soggy and mushy, and the bacon was cold sometimes to the point the grease is like jelly all over the bacon. So today I decided to ask them to cook the hashbrowns longer. They didn't. They were barely warm and very mushy barely holding their shape. When I got the the window the bacon was cold so I asked if they could warm it up because it's cold the last few times Iv gotten it. The girl was nice but came back and said the cook said it's "supposed to be that way". They leave it under a lamp I presume. I don't understand why they couldn't have warmed it up if I'm telling you it's cold. No one wants to eat cold soggy food. If this is the "procedure" then the lamp isn't working properly. I understand the bacon is pre cooked but should be served atleast warm if not hot. Hashbrowns also seem to be cooked ahead of time and left to sit and the quality just isn't good which is unfortunate because these items are good when prepaired right the quality isn't sacrificed. I don't have this issue with other locations I have frequented. I don't think I'll visit this location again. Iv never been told by an establishment they wouldn't warm something up that was served cold to a customer. Much less no apology or anything. As someone who worked in the service industry for over 15 years it comes across as careless. Some employees are very nice but I feel like that waste an unacceptable response to a customer requesting warm food that they paid money for. I rarely leave reviews but this really bother me, I spent almost 20$ on food me and my kids basically don't want to eat.
