  Not a welcoming place , no one greets you . The cashier doesn’t say Gm or anything . No thank you , you welcome , just all around dry and no manners . I don’t like that !

  Service was quick and the is immaculate. Rei is very friendly polite and wonderful. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts off of Troy Hill Road

  I come in here often bc I work near here. The one girl with the blonde hair is always rude, and one time someone stole my drink and she didn't care. They're always understaffed and slow.

  this is actually unreal. so after 20 mins of waiting and watching them get EVERYONES order wrong and me standing waiting (i'm not exaggerating. every single person had a complaint) they told me that the order didn't go through. they told me to dispute the first charge with my bank cause there's nothing they can do.... what. the nastiest woman was making my coffee and gave me the wrong flavor. everyone was rude and i've literally never experienced anything like this

  This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts in history. 20 minute for a refresher that takes 5 seconds to make and only has 3 customers in the line. Ridiculously slow
