I had no intention of writing a review but don’t see any other way at this point. Their food taste like chemicals. I have no idea if it’s the teflon or what. My usual Dunkin is always fine. This one taste completely off every single time. I just wanted to make them aware so the could fix it but they clearly don’t care.

- BBBethJul 12, 20251.0The staff is completely clueless - you ask the simplest thing and they just give you a blank stare - we got a dozen donuts and once we got back home there was only put 10 donuts in the box - when we went back we were told it was because they were out of the 2 we picked - yet they still charged us for them and didn't say anything when we picked them up or put a substitute to replace them.
