- KKKathryn4 days ago1.0Went out to get breakfast here for our anniversary weekend. left in a horrible mood and couldn’t have gotten out of there fast enough. ordered on the kiosk and waited for over half an hour. the woman making the sandwiches was nice, and helpful and apologized for our wait. but the one doing the coffee drinks and donuts was short with us and unhelpful. after waiting for half an hour was asked for an update and she said she would get the donut part of our order ready. she then proceeded to just continue making coffee drinks and not get us our donuts. i don’t even understand the point of the kiosk because she didn’t have any record of what donuts we ordered and we had to recite it to her…which was difficult because the display was half empty because they hadn’t put their donuts out and most of them were missing labels. The whole floor was incredibly sticky. i watched someone’s foot come out of their flip flop while they were walking across the floor because their shoe was stuck to the ground. Their bathroom was also out of toilet paper.

This place needs proper management. Not only was I double charged but ended up not getting anything. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. I got sick of the situation and left with nothing,no refund and no drinks. I'm a daily customer,Very disappointed!
