  Walked into Greektown Hollywood Casino @6:40am anticipating a $5 meal deal to get my day so I can play the games here and gamble and they were closed, put on their website and google maps they have that they are open at 5am this was huge disappointment to me and a major inconvenience causing me to leave casino so I can waste my gas and drive to another Dunkin, the issue isn’t that they are closed but more so that their are hours of operation states 5am which misleading and untrue.

  Sour dough breakfast sandwich with sausage had little to no flavor. Sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was okay. Prep was very slow considering orders, as if they were moving in slow motion. Will not rely on again during my next stay.

  First time here walked in with one customer in line and the employee was heating up something she was heating it up for five minutes. The employee would not take my order while the food is being heated up she just stands there for five minutes watching the timer go down . Completely disappointed , I only wanted two donuts which was a quick thing but I did not even get recognized or acknowledged very bad customer service never coming back again
