The drive-thru staff gets upset if you don’t check in through the speaker, but if you go straight to the pickup window, they ignore you while focusing on other drive-thru orders. It feels like a lose lose situation because either you wait just as long as everyone else or you get scolded for trying to pick up the order you placed in advance. It's time to find a new morning coffee spot.

Their cold brew was not brewed correctly because I could clearly see through the coffee. I have had no issues with other surrounding locations. I ordered a cold brew vanilla cream. The second drink was made incorrectly.
