  I have came here several times and everytime I come the staff are extremely rude and my order is always wrong or they forget to add something every time

  ICE SHOULD LOOK INTO THE SITUATION WITH THE CHAIN OF COMMAND…IRS needs to do and audit. The establishment as a whole is horrible and the current employees have no manners , understanding ,or sense of responsibility I strongly suggest that Dunkin’ restarts from scratch

  Why don't the owner of this business ever show up. The other guy who runs the place want even talk with law officials that pertain to their workers. Fired the young lady for being verbally abuse by another employee that is not right. How do you deescalate a problem if you are the team leader. Bad business all I can say. Corporate might need to look into this cause that's being fired on false pretence of representation of a leader thinking they are doing the right thing.

  How about keeping ground coffee on the shelf. At least seven occasions where i have gone there this year and no ground coffee. Reply, "We are waiting on the truck". I should not have to call first and make sure they have it before showing up.
