I was waiting to order and 3 people walked by on their phone without acknowledging me, whatever ya know? But Katherine stopped everything she was doing to assist me with a smile! She didn't even give anyone a dirty look or a side eye for not doing their job and that just makes me want to be more like that. Katherine hats off to you! 🤠
