She was loud and rude so they guy at the window said it was nothing he could do. Neither cup was drunk out of. I have never experienced this at other locations. Fill my cup up I paid for it. If I wasn't pressed for time I would have gotten my money back. But don't worry I will not return to this location.
- AGAndrew ghelfiSep 25, 20251.09/25/25 845am-855am experience Order: 2 small iced coffee 2 mocha 2 caramel 2 coconut 2 cream Small iced matcha w 2 vanilla Caucasian male with glasses at drive thru I said “Thank you” multiple times Never once did he acknowledge my thank you’s He called to his coworker “He also wants an iced matcha” I then added “With 2 shots vanilla please.” He responded “I heard you.” He said “Please pull to the patio for the rest.” I asked “Where is the patio” He said “Over there where you pulled in at.” I said “Thank you” His response yet again Crickets I tipped 25% and to add INSULT to INJURY I had to explain to my 4 year old son that’s now how we treat people, I simply wanted to get coffee for myself, my fiance working at the hospital, and matcha for my son, then head home to cook breakfast. I will NEVER come to this Dunkin ever again if this is how I will be treated. I spend thousands every year at Dunkin through out the state of WI and this has me reconsidering where I spend my $$ By far worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had with a Dunkin.
