  Ordered a donut, ice water, small frozen coffee and Waited 20 minutes, then was asked to park and wait.. at this point I was already committed.. waited another 10. Finally the employee brought out the small frozen coffee … no donut, no water, told her the donut and water were missing kindly to which she didn’t respond just walked back inside. I was unsure if she was going to bring out the donut and water or not so I just decided to wait. She came out about five minutes later with my donut still no water never apologized. Never said thank you for waiting. Pretty terrible experience. Will not come back.

  We tried to schedule a fairly large order for the following day. We were told that this location didn’t take scheduled orders. That we would just have to order in the morning and wait for it to be prepared. This after the app wasn’t working. We found a company that could accommodate us.

  No surprise to see all the bad reviews here. Worse service!!!Dunkin needs to do something with this store like train the employee right or asking if they really want to work there?

  I wish I could give zero stars. Every time I order and try to pick up my items, they’re always out of stock. And when I ask why they have the item online if they’re constantly out, they give an attitude. The staff is always rude and unpleasant, as if I’m a bother to them. I order online, go to pick up, and the workers are loitering outside, and my order isn’t made. This place is the worst. No apologies, no professionalism!
