  Owners are nice, staff not so much. They've been charging me almost a dollar extra everyday on top of a 40 cent increase recently. I quit coming now! Not worth $4 a coffee...

  Went to get pumpkin spice frappes and breakfast with my children before school Manager “Jason” was his alleged name argued with me about the name of the drink I ordered i explained what I wanted all he had to do was simply say it’s called a ______ I don’t work there so wouldn’t know the name of the drinks. Upon making my drink incorrectly I asked for my whip cream and pumpkin spice on top of my iced frappes and he advised would be an up charge I said you could have stated that instead of trying to correct me . I then payed the 2$ difference to get whip cream added . after he argued with me 10 min in front of my children . Then he didn’t give me my receipt had to ask for it I then got my donuts and bagel and rushed to take my kids to school as 15 min encounter in drive through at 6:45 am made us almost late . I then arrive to work and realize my cream cheese was expired back in February!!! We visited yesterday 9/4/25!!!! I am highly upset as I am 7 months pregnant & easily could have got sick ! Then I do survey on receipt ! I’m Contacted by “a manger” who apologized & did nothing further ! No refund no meal replacement nothing NEVER will return to this location !

  Went in for two drinks and two donuts. Stood at the register for a while staring at 4 employees. Me and my bf were the only ones there. I stared one down till they came over to take our order and he said “you know there’s a kiosk right? We are busy but I’ll take your order now.” Ridiculous to say that to a customer when it is your job.
