- NCN CAug 14, 20254.0Customer service in the drive through this morning was EXCELLENT! I only ordered coffee this morning and it was horrible. I couldn't even drink it and had to throw it out. I've had donuts from this location in the past and they were good. I won't ever get coffee again. Keep that wonderful young lady in customer service, though! She is great!

For the last three months I have ordered daily 2 large dunkalatte's with extra espresso shot one easy ice & the second no ice at over $17.00 a day. They have a sign on the drive through window explaining that you get less drink with less or no ice. I am okay with that. This morning the supposed manager said she cannot do that. I have to get cups with full ice. When I asked her why she has a sign & why she can't fulfill the order she said it is difficult to make drinks with less ice. Well I cancelled my order & I will NEVER go back. I will find a new coffee place that will take my $17 - $20 dollars per day. One Lazy employee can cut into profits.
