That said, the associates here are always very polite and helpful and today, when I ordered a muffin, the drive-thru person said they were out but suggested a few other items. This was great and I ended up getting a coffee roll. Even if they get an ordered mess up, they always apologize and fix it. Ignore the bad reviews, some people will complain about the pettiest things.
