Don’t want to bash my local Dunkin Donuts but whenever I get their sandwiches they are always cold and taste stale. The cheese is never melted. It’s like a got a sandwich that’s been sitting out for days. It’s a waste of money. Do better Manhattan Dunkin Donuts.

I love supporting local businesses but they make it hard for us to do so. I seen they close at 7pm I went around 6:25 the front door was locked and closed couldn’t go inside. We decided to go through the drive through and when ordering a latte I was told they couldn’t make it anymore because they had already cleaned the machine. My husband wanted a bagel and they said they no longer had bagels they had ran out of mostly everything because they were going to close in 30 minutes.

Please address the angry blonde girl in the drive thru window today. She is always so rude to her fellow employees, guests, and she messes up orders and takes short cuts to correct them. She is the reason for your low ratings! Get rid of whats polluting the atmosphere or highly recommend counseling services.

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but the experience at this location was genuinely disappointing. Aubrey and Paige were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I drove up. Paige was the young lady with blonde hair, she was the worst of the two.They spoke over me while I was trying to place my order, didn’t acknowledge my questions, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn’t just me either—other customers seemed to be getting the same cold, impatient treatment.
It’s one thing to be busy, but there’s no excuse for a complete lack of basic courtesy. A little professionalism and respect would go a long way. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
