- AAAbelJul 20, 20251.0There needs to be something done about the customer service here. The workers don’t feel like taking orders and when they begin taking it, it’s done with negative attitude. I came here about a week ago and also realized they begin closing and locking the doors around 5:30 PM even though they close at 6PM. I went there again today to give them the benefit of the doubt with their service and I was yet again disappointed. I won’t be returning here. Maybe the extra 5 minutes to the other Dunkin’ is more worth it.
