I watched her pull hair or lint off of her clothes and toss it on the floor. I’m sure some landed in the ice. When I said something to another worker they told her to stop but she wouldn’t and just kept going

This has become a normal problem with all Dunkin locations. It's beyond ridiculous and frustrating! Maybe it's time to find a different place to get my coffee!
