Food was decent, it’s Dunkin, but the guy working the front on 20250913 in the morning hours must’ve had an issue with me. I was super friendly and said thank you on multiple occasions. I told him what I wanted and he said nothing, just grabbed it. He rang me up and again said nothing. Dude didn’t say a single word the entire time I was standing there. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted my receipt. He couldn’t wait til I left. He handed me my bag and said absolutely nothing. I guess respect isn’t valued in this establishment and customers mean nothing. I’m about positive the dude was a marine as well. Oh well, I’ll do my business where it’s appreciated.

Every time I come here, the drinks are so watered down. It doesn’t matter what I get like any type of coffee espresso or whatever drink it just tastes like milk with a hint of coffee.. idk if it’s just this location or dunkin going downhill in general but I don’t wanna pay $5 for just a small latte that has no taste..

Literally every single time I come here they forget something that I ordered, have run out of something, or the food is stale. I think I’ve officially given up and will never go back lol. Employees are nice though.

The mini bagel bites were cold, the restaurant had a burning odor, and employees were socializing.
