- HMHailey MartzOct 4, 20251.02 times now I have sat in the drive thru with no service every car had to reverse out, if the drive thru is closed put a sign or say something. Or if the place isn’t open it should be put on the website. The first time this happened I went to go inside and the door was locked and the worker was just standing there.

I had asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich due to an allergy and the drive thru employee marked that however when I got the sandwich the no egg request must have been decided as optional to the employee. I was unable to eat the sandwich. I attempted to take the egg off and take a few bites and had a reaction. It’s very frustrating to spend money on an item and have to throw it away due to requests not being followed. This is the second time now.

Employees were apathetic and looked miserable except for the gentleman that took my order; he was very friendly and nice. Outside balcony upstairs was locked even though it was sunny and 83°, so a perfect day for sitting outside. There was only 5 hashbrown rounds in my order and they were soggy and limp. And there was PAPER fused to the bottom of my bagel; a lot, not just a little. I should have taken it as a sign when they were out of what I wanted and gone somewhere else! Never again!
