- VFV FNov 4, 20251.0The older lady at the drive thru needs to go. She dose not take your order or prepare your order. All she does is charge you.. SHE CAN NOT EVEN REACH OVER HER ARM FOR YOU TO PAY the DEBIT MACHINE. She says it does not reach, but yet the other employees have no problem to extend to us to pay. She expects you to always hand her the card, she is limited and extremely rude! I hate when she is working the window… 🤮

The older lady that took my order in the front with the pigtails braids was incredibly rude. She gave me a hard time about my order, two bagel minis and a coffee. They didn’t have sleeves for holding hot coffee either. When I get my bagel minis, they were cold even though I asked for them to be toasted. Every step of my visit sucked. It’s a nice and relatively new location so I’m really surprised by the poor service.

The store did but cannot offer refunds for online orders and their only solution was to switch them out for another item. This is a health concern and situations like this should be taken seriously.
