  1.long wait, it doesn't matter if there's nobody in the drive thru, i've been there twice and had to wait 5 minutes or more for my food. even when i pre ordered i still had to wait 5 minutes. 2. when the guy handed me my drink his fingers were very disturbing i lost my appetite. his nails were filled with so much dirt they looked blacked. never coming back here again

  I went to this location on September 20th at 11 50 am I ordered a large iced latte with 2 pumps of vanilla, hazelnut, and butter pecan made with oatmilk. When they read me back the order the forgot the butter pecan. I asked them nicely too add the butter pecan and was rung up for another drink. I told cashier multiple times I only wanted one drink and repeated the order at least 5 times trying to stay patientand polite. The man that took my order even tried to make the latte hot. When I got to the front the cashier still had me in for 2 lattes and again I said I only wanted one. Both the cashier and the Barrista were trying to argue with me. They finally fixed the order and I left. I went to take a sip of my drink and their was loogie in the drink.

  Went in here to get 2 Hazelnut coffees and they gave us regular coffees...we are Seniors and asked about a Senior Discount. Usually it's a free coffee...we were told they dont do that here...the server was nice but did not seem informed about their policy...they could have offered a hazelnut shot but did not...the whole set up of the store and parking lot was designed for mostly drive up with only one exit in and out...👎
