They took my order, number and everything. Came back at 3:30p - and no order was ready. And the two working had no idea what was going on. And it took 30 minutes for them to make the 3 boxes, making me late to my own event. How and why it took 30 minutes to make 2 boxes of hot chocolate and 1 coffee is baffling. There was zero sense of urgency, no apology or even an offer of a discount or refund. Absolutely horrible service. While there - there was another gentleman ordering food and coffee - and they could barely serve him!
