- JMJordan Mason6 days ago2.0Rude staff and inconsistently made drinks. When this Dunkin’ first opened by my work I was so excited, and I go several times per week. But in the past year the service and quality have tanked. The drive thru staff are so rude and argumentative (and I’ve worked food service and drive thru so I know how it can be and I have A LOT of grace, but this is to the point that I dread going because it’s always so unpleasant). Also the consistency of how the coffee is made is all over the place. I place the same order every time and I never know what I’m going to get. And every time I’ve said something I just get argued with - even by managers.
