They told me they no longer make it that way. I have to get a full cup. Full of ice. So, I can't have my drink the way I like it and they wish to cheat the customer out of what you pay for. If you pay almost 7 dollars for a large coffee drink and you only get 2oz instead of 24oz because ice consumes more space then liquid. Poor business practice cheating the custom. We left and went to another dunkin and got exactly 💯 how we want our drink and no cheating/ stealing and poor customer service.
