    when i got to the window they asked what we ordered on two separate occasions, then proceeded to give me my drink but it was made wrong. They did go back and correct it tho.

    Busy today around 4. Ordered on the go and told them I was there at the drive thru. But thought I could get it faster at the walk up window. They was too busy for that. Lol. I should have stayed in the drive thru lane. I hope they get paid enough for what they do.

    This place used to be good. The other day I ordered two pieces of avocado toast with fried egg on top, and neither slice had that. Today my bagel was so freaking hard I couldn’t eat it 🙄

    Had a really disappointing experience at the Conover Dunkin’ this morning. I placed a mobile order and waited by the pickup window. It was busy, and a few other customers were complaining about the wait, but I didn’t mind. While waiting for our hot food, I looked through the window to see if our order was being made. The manager, Hope, came outside and accused me of “talking trash” and claimed she could read my lips. I wasn’t even speaking about the wait or responding to anyone. It was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience very uncomfortable. I’ve always respected people in customer service, so to be treated like that was frustrating. I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ fan for years, but this visit left a bad impression. Dunkin’ can do better
