I forgot to add something to my order and asked if I could add it at the window. The girl at the window yelled to everyone "How would you guys feel if I added something to her order" It's a simple question if it was no that was all that needed to be said. She did not even acknowledge the request. All she had to say was no and i would have understood but she completely embarrassed me and ignored me and handed me my bag. So rude and unprofessional!!

I have never been to this dunkin until today. I ordered a large iced matcha and pretty much got a cup full of ice with barely any matcha in it. Basically got ripped off. Go to the dunkin at the outlets if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Would be nice if the cashier knew how to ask for your order instead of saying "what you need?" Get some training
