  I am a Dunkin’ Donuts lover. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best Dunkin’ Donuts. I make sure I always stop here. I only go to this location. They’re the only ones that know how to make my brown sugar, shaken espresso without a bucket of ice I like paying for my coffee, not paying for ice and they just know how to do it right every single time love the location love the service by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in all of North Dallas, Texas

  I haven't been to a dunking in over 10 years and will continue that streak again. The lady who took my order was super sweet and nice but I asked for a dairy free drinkw with almond milk. I got bith almond and regular milk??? What the hell??? Also, the lady at the drive thru door? Completely ignored me, even when I tried to ask a question. Im glad I read the drink label and saw the whipped cream. This is an allergy restriction. If there was no whipped cream I would've drank it like regular assuming I was heard. I would've gone to the hospital and would have sued. Dunkin...yall need to do better.

  I had an unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff member was extremely rude and dismissive toward me, and while nothing was said outright, the way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

  Service can be so-so, but sometimes a part of my order is off or missing! Store is always clean when I go though, and they have good deals on the app. Love the drinks here!
