I had a big order today and the sweet woman helped me bring it to my car. Have you ever heard of a Dunkin employee doing that before? Yeah me neither. Thank you fruitville Dunkin!!

She was so polite and direct always letting me know that she would be right with me. She showed great customer service and I was really impressed with that. Others in retail may have just made the customer wait, but she acknowledged and communicated with the customer and made sure things were right. She knows how to treat customers no matter what the situation.
