  This new coffee spot is a must-try for dog owners, offering a complimentary Puppy Cup that my Frenchton instantly appreciated. I ordered the Bacon Ultimate Croissant and found it to be a satisfying all-day breakfast option. While I requested light bacon due to recent lifestyle changes, the rich, "fire" bacon jam sauce was the true highlight—so good that I shared a significant portion with my well-behaved pup as a reward for his excellent conduct! The staff was wonderful, particularly the pleasant attendant at the drive-thru. Speaking of menu, the All Day Breakfast concept is brilliant and will certainly be a major success. Paired with a delicious Dunkin' Iced Latte (personalized with a decaffeinated base and just a touch of caffeine to suit my current lifestyle needs), this spot gets a strong recommendation, though I'll reserve the fifth star for perfect order accuracy next time.   I have visited this location twice (both times on a Sunday morning) and this is no exaggeration. My average time to get in and out of the drive thru is 45 minutes. Today I placed an order online for pickup and the instructions were to go inside to pick up. The dining room was locked so I had to get in the drive thru line. I would have left had the order not been paid for online. Shame on me for thinking the service would be better the next time I visited this place. The silver lining here is that this will be my last visit.

  Door and website all say drive thru opens at 4 and 3 weeks in a row waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and nobody said boo, while clearly there are workers inside. If ur not gonna open “as advertised” might just want to change the time instead of pissing off the community. I love Dunkin’ but this is just ridiculous. Not a good way to start off this location.

  I stopped in around 8:30 on 11/8, and my order was finished very quickly. They were pretty busy, but everyone was working hard and was friendly. It appears to be a new store, and having opened a new coffee shop for a different brand in the past, I know how hard it can be to get the flow down with a new staff, especially when the store starts out busy. So, I commend them for keeping the line moving and the coffee flowing. Great job, everyone!

  I placed an order for the Variety 50-count Munchkins, but I only received pumpkin-flavored ones. No one informed me that the order would contain just one flavor. I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known, especially for $14, it’s really disappointing. If the store didn’t have enough of the other flavors to complete the variety box, that should have been communicated before fulfilling the order. It’s especially frustrating since this is a new location and I was excited to try it, but this experience has really turned me off from Dunkin’.
