  First time ever showing up to a grand opening and it was totally worth it! I arrived around 4:30 AM with my friend and was surprised they were already open and taking orders that early. Brenda (I believe she’s the GM) was incredibly sweet and even let us come inside to check out the new location. The energy was great, and everyone was so friendly! We were thrilled to get free coffee for 100 days yes, it’s black coffee, but you can add whatever you like to make it your own. ☕️ Thank you, Dunkin’, for such a fun and welcoming experience on opening day!

  Just went through the drive thru, ordered drinks & everything bagels. Arrived at window their out. Lady comes to the window, we asked what do you have available then. She named the bagels, and said everything bagels. Great that is what we ordered. Only to inform they didn't have. We settled for multi-grain. Look regardless, you guys leaving bad reviews. I could give a bad one. But remember starting a new job, you never made a mistake? Do you feel you should receive a bad review from your employer, no??!! Exactly. KUDOS TO THE OBETZ TEAM, YOU'RE TRYING AND HARD 👏 Thank you, I'm not even mad, the coffee was phenomenal, bagel delish and you ladies are taking it in stride, still smiling, trying, and hard.. YOU GO QUEENS, I see you. Shine on through the storm. It will eventually fall into place. These few reviews are nothing, you'll have them wrapped around the building still ordering soon. All the ladies 4 to be exac5 that came to the window. No matter, you were all smiling willing to accommodate. THANK YOU, see you soon 😊

  I love that my hot coffee is literally hot!!!! I order a large coffee and a doughnut each time and they are always efficient and happy to help. Great friendly staff and will be here religiously. Thank you for all of those making things happen!!! I understand a lot of the staff here may just be entry level people so patience is key folks it’s worth the wait if you even have one. It’s a new location to a city that doesn’t have coffee outside of gas stations so of course it’s gonna draw a crowd. Thanks again Team Dunkin!!!!

  Even on opening day and it was busy and chaotic, they still fulfilled by family of 4s order perfectly. Food was super tasty and the coffee was great like always. And Angel who was working the window was amazing! She was such a character and brightened our day with her smile and personality.

  First of all. Ordered a large Cereal ‘n Milk Latte and this is what we got. Didn’t even take a sip from it and they took that much off the top. That’s ridiculous. It also took about 30 minutes to get our order. Secondly, waited in line for free coffee for 100 days on opening day since 5am and it was only plain black coffee. Very disappointing. Lastly, I accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor and I apologized a lot and the staff working seemed annoyed and frustrated having to clean it up. I love Dunkin but very disappointed in the service and the lack of coffee in my order!
