  I understand if there’s a rush, I work at a coffee place and used to work at Dunkin but at least mix my drink and not leave me to mix the syrup cream sugar and actual coffee together.

  This location NEVER FAILS! Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they're efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it's a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too often if I lived near Westerville!

  probably the worst dunkin’ you could go to they get your order wrong everything single time and then they get mad when you go in there and try and get it fixed

  Terrible customer service, terrible attitudes, sat in the drive through and watched 2 cars go ahead of me when I was there first. 🚮 don’t go to this location

  Ordered bacon egg and cheese croissants through the mobile app and I was give bacon egg and cheese muffins. I was not told that they were out of croissants, if they would have let me know then I wouldn’t be so mad. They just gave me the muffins without telling me that they didn’t have any croissants. Never again 👎
