- MYMaranda YoungSep 6, 20251.0The boy running the counter with black curly hair and a nose ring was very rude and appeared not to have showered for days. He was running his hands through his hair and touching his face while making drinks. When I stated my drink was cold, which it very much was, he went crazy screaming about how he had steamed it for a minute and it couldn’t possibly be cold. He then grabbed my drink and started screaming that it wasn’t cold and had a temper tantrum. If this is what represents Dunkin’ Donuts, the future is not looking very bright. I’m in disbelief that they would hire someone like this kid to represent their company in the airport.
