They are the only Dunkin’ Donuts that actually charges for ice.I went to get the free donut with the next purchase, on the next visit and they like canceled the receipt so nothing was registered on it. I also had a little issue and confrontation at checking out, I should have just left and went somewhere else. In my opinion, that trust is not there. Not a good look to be petty with the Customer. They are open very late, but it might not be worth it cause the person there maybe pocket the money not putting it in the register professionally the way you’re supposed to. At the same time, they’re the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. English is not too good. They have so many people coming through it, and they would care about the customer because of the quantity of people coming through.
