  Open for 50 minutes. No bagels. No green tea. No service sat at counter for 15 minutes just waiting to order. The two girls on had no clue what they were doing. 18 minute wait just for a sandwich and coffee. Who’s running this place? Over 30 minutes to walk in order and get food. Thanks for ripping me off and making me late to work 🙃

  The most careless Dunkin's I have ever been to, don't order anything modified or different from a basic coffee or sandwich. Its been the last 8 out of 10 times I have been here that they mess up my order and it's not hard, just a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel but NO CHEESE, I will get cheese but no egg or no egg and no cheese. Coffee is normally right but they have messed up 1 milk a couple times too and I have gotten a cup of milk with a little bit of coffee in it but they normally get the coffee right. I'm at the point I avoid this location unless I'm just getting coffee and even then I still would rather go to a different location.

  Food came out as ordered but order was thrown in the car without even a word and the employee turned around before we could ask for assistance.

  I think her name is Iggy? She never gives a total, she hands your food and coffees at you aggressively. She has a condescending attitude towards paying customers. She belittled me to her coworkers today in the drive thru while I was counting my money to pay for my order and then told me I was having a bad day? When I expressed the unnecessary condescending attitude I received, her words, "I dont care bro" How does a minimum wage worker at dunkin become a therapist by looking at someone? And how do you have your most miserable workers engaging with customers the way she does? Unprofessional. I also did not know my order came with an extra side of ignorance from someone in an entry level job position.. Ill be speaking with a manager tomorrow morning... unprofessional and extremely rude.
