    There's plenty of people and no one takes your order. The self order scree dont give you specific options you asking someone and they do care . I just walk out .unless costumer service.

    The employees seem to rush customers while ordering, repeatedly saying “Anything else?” after each item. It comes across as impatient and makes the experience feel rushed. Because of that, they got my order completely wrong and didn’t give me a receipt. A little more patience, attention, and better customer service training would really improve the experience.

    I picked up a mobile order. Sm frozen candy bar coffee. The employee enthusiastically said “I hope you like!” And to her…. I did! It was very charming. Drink was good, sweet, nice for an every once in a while treat :)
