  The best Dunkin around!! Great service and a team that when you walk in the door, is enthusiastic and you can tell they care about each other and their customers. Many businesses would do well to have that same approach.

  Terrible service. Pulled up through the drive thru to grab breakfast for the kids before heading to their doctor’s appointment. When I pull up to the window to pay I was greeted by “next time you have an order like that you need to come inside”……. Really? What type of customer service is this?The order was for my 3 kids and myself it’s not for a group of 8., and either way you don’t just immediately be rude about an order to a customer. This is the first time I have ever experience a Dunkin Donut this rude and zero customer service. No empathy whatsoever. Imagine myself in the car with a 1, 2 and 5 year old. Plus the food is terrible everything the tea was good but the food was not.

  I came here on a Saturday morning about 3 weeks ago. I got a large mocha frozen coffee, 6 donuts and hash browns for my grandkids. The drink tasted old- milk. And smelled a little funny. I threw it away. My 3 year old granddaughter loves dunkins hash browns, but she tasted the 1 st one and said, it was “ Yucky”. My 2 year old grandson bit it and threw it on the floor. I tasted it and it wasn’t even done. It was Yucky! The donuts were ok. But yeah, it was my 1st and last visit at this location.

  I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts adjacent to the BP gas station in Dunwoody for their after 1 PM deal—any medium drink for $3. It was the perfect evening pick meup, and I went with the Caramel Craze, which was crafted just right. They also had a nice assortment of fresh donuts available, so I grabbed a glazed and a strawberry frosted—both hit the spot. The team members were attentive, managing both the counter and drive-thru efficiently, and my order came out quickly. However, where this location fell short was cleanliness. The interior could definitely use a refresh and a good tidy-up to make the dine-in experience more inviting.
