  Had an issue with my debit card, not sure if terminal was having issues. After a few minutes of waiting shift leader Pedrion came over apologized and took care of us. He was extremly friendly always had a smile on his face and again apologized. Dunkin Doughnuts definetly needs more employees like Pedrion. Pedrion thank you for making my day.

  Went in to order two boxes of coffee for an event, asked for sugar, sweatner, and creamers. And specifically asked for the receipt in the bag. The girl at the till lied to me and said it was all in there only to find no creamers when I got to the event. Also, no receipt included. I PAID CASH only to have them say they can't "find" my receipt to give to me. So they pocketed $52.... Stole from me and the company. Very sad and disappointing

  I go there often and when I order coffee it’s literally never the same the order doesn’t change but the taste changes all the time like 1 in 5 times it’s drinkable.

  I have never had a good experience here but only come given location to my child’s school. I waited 17 minutes in the parking lot with no one to bring food out, they just leave you hanging and then say they’ll give you a refund. Terrible service and management.
