I had a mobile order only to wait in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. The reason given for the long wait was somebody was resolving an issue with a client on the phone. There were 5 employees in view of the drive-thru window. Not sure how one of them couldn't have handled the other orders. The worst thing is when I finally got my breakfast sandwich it was stone cold. This is not an isolated event; I consistently get slow service from this Dunkin. Some process or people need to change.
